All materials come with mill certificates.

Yes. Our instruments comply with applicable EU Medical Device Directive (MDD) / Medical Device Regulation (MDR) requirements and carry CE marking. We can provide Declarations of Conformity (DoC) for specific product ranges on request.

Yes. Stepwin Industries holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for our Quality Management System and maintains ISO 13485-compliant processes for medical device manufacturing. Certificates are available on request.

All our reusable stainless steel surgical instruments are designed for repeated steam sterilization (autoclave) at 134°C, 3 bar pressure as per standard pre-vacuum sterilization cycles. Our single-use instruments are gamma-sterilized and not intended for re-sterilization.

For modifications to existing designs, sample development typically takes 3–4 weeks. For new instrument development from drawings or specifications, 4–8 weeks is typical depending on complexity. We provide a detailed timeline after reviewing your requirements.

We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS for courier shipments, and by sea freight (FCL and LCL) for larger orders. Air cargo is also available for time-sensitive bulk orders. We work with experienced freight forwarders and can provide competitive shipping rates.
