1. Agreement
By accessing the Stepwin Industries website and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products & Services
Stepwin Industries manufactures and exports surgical instruments. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices quoted are subject to change. All orders are subject to formal written confirmation and availability.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are binding only upon written confirmation by Stepwin Industries. Payment terms are agreed at time of quotation. Stepwin Industries reserves the right to cancel orders in case of non-payment or violation of terms.
4. Quality & Returns
Products are manufactured to agreed specifications and quality standards. Claims for defects must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt with supporting documentation. We will investigate and resolve legitimate quality claims promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and logos is the property of Stepwin Industries. OEM customer designs remain the property of the customer. Stepwin Industries design IP remains our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stepwin Industries liability is limited to the value of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, or by mutual agreement through international arbitration.
